Refund policy

SoCal Respiratory Care, LLC will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. If the product you purchased has defective materials or workmanship please contact us immediately for resolution and to obtain a Return Label. Once SoCal Respiratory Care has received and inspected the product you will receive a replacement product or refund. Customers who wish to return an item must contact our Patient Services Department at (888) 612-2727 to request a Return Label. Shipping costs are not refundable Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned.

NOTE: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped to the customer due to an error by SoCal Respiratory Care or in the event the item was defective.

CPAP medical equipment is personal in nature and cannot be returned once opened whether the equipment shows usage or not.
